"Fruit De La Patience 2" is the story of a young, religious, Haitian, married woman who moves to the United States with dreams of becoming a successful pediatrician and a devout mother. After her graduation she starts her second line of action not only to satisfy herself but also her nagging parents who beg to become grand-parents. Involuntary she engages in a mysterious trilogy between, medical science, zero fecundity, and God. Friends, family members, and parents have their opinions about the future of the couple; and her strategy to overcome her difficulties is to deliver herself to God.
